HMNTY ("we", "us", "our") is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and takes child safety extremely seriously.
HMNTY is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to create accounts. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend or delete their account.
HMNTY has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or harms minors. Any such content is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Users can report any content or behavior that may violate child safety standards directly within the app by tapping the report button on any profile, activity, or message. All reports are reviewed promptly.

HMNTY employs automated content moderation systems and human review processes to detect and remove inappropriate content, including any content that could exploit or endanger minors.
HMNTY complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations involving child safety.
