Agreement

By using HMNTY ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use HMNTY. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

• You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Don't create fake accounts or impersonate others

Acceptable Use

Don't use HMNTY to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Spam or promote scams
• Violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property
• Organize illegal activities

Activities & Events

• HMNTY is a platform for connecting people — we don't organize or host events ourselves
• Attend events at your own risk and use good judgment
• HMNTY is not liable for anything that happens at events arranged through the app
• Event hosts are responsible for their events and attendees' safety

Content

• You own the content you post (photos, messages, activity descriptions)
• By posting, you grant HMNTY a license to display your content within the app
• We can remove content that violates these terms

Paid Features

• Some features may require payment (promoted events, premium subscriptions)
• HMNTY charges a service fee on paid event tickets
• Refund policies will be outlined at the time of purchase

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer

HMNTY is provided "as is." We're not liable for:

• Interactions between users (online or in person)
• Content posted by users
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Events organized through the platform

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
