Root & Restore Community Wellness Festival at Prairie Pines

A restorative day in nature: forest bathing, yoga, Tai Chi, meditation and a medicinal plant walk; 2 PM all-ages yoga with author Melissa Baker; wellness practitioners noon-4; art installations, botanical dye demos; chamber ensemble Leaves Brown at 4 PM; food from Pepe's Bistro and The Corner Kitchen. 11 AM-5 PM. Free admission ($5 suggested donation per class).
